Project Scope
The Witness Atlas is the evidence layer of Syncre Form Theory.
Syncré points to together-in-time phase labeling across space. The atlas shows that idea instantiated in multiple arenas, with each entry tied to shipped artifact objects and validator checks.
Use this page when you want to see the method instantiated across regimes without turning the library into a collection of anecdotes.

How to read this atlas
Each entry supplies the same minimal template:
- the slice or subsystem being observed,
- the cycle-valued phase observable,
- the symmetry or loop mechanism that forces coverage,
- the correct target (full circle/torus or coupled target),
- the certificate sketch: what a WSC would record, or which WOB obstruction applies.
