Syncré Certificate Engine

Project Scope

The Syncre Certificate Engine is the audit layer of Syncre Form Theory.

The name Syncré is deliberate: syn- (“together with”) emphasizes together-in-time, and Form emphasizes structure forced by embedding rather than pointwise data.

It defines the certificate objects, obstruction objects, and validators that keep universality claims checkable.

What this engine is

The Syncré Certificate Engine is the discipline that keeps Syncré Form Theory auditable.

Syncré frames the core claim as together-in-time phase coverage; cre is from Latin and means to create; the engine exists so those claims are expressed as finite artifacts (certificates or obstructions), not prose.

It enforces a single rule:

  • every universality claim must be expressed as a certificate object with margins, or as an obstruction object with explicit evidence

The engine is designed so a reader can distinguish:

  • what is proved
  • what is assumed
  • what is certified by a finite artifact
  • what is ruled out by a finite obstruction

Core artifact types

ArtifactRoleWhat it contains
WSC (Witness Stability Certificate)Coverage holds and is stablehypotheses, margins, degradation bounds, witness pointers
WOB (Witness Obstruction)Coverage cannot hold under these hypothesesobstruction code, evidence checklist, next-move pointers
CC (Convergence Certificate)A convergence claim is justified under stated diagnosticsmodel, diagnostics, justification channel, caveats
Universality reportScoped claim setclaims, nonclaims, artifact ids, dependency pointers
Atlas indexFinite evidence catalogentry ids, class labels, artifact references

How the engine fits the theory

SFT’s theorems tell you what should be true under stated hypotheses.

The engine tells you what you must hand a skeptical reader so the statement becomes checkable:

  • explicit fields
  • explicit margins
  • explicit evidence pointers

The Witness Atlas is where this discipline becomes visible at scale.
